About

O’Neill Project Management Inc. (O’NE PM) is a service-oriented project management group based out of Martensville, SK, whose primary function is to assume projects on behalf of the owner, enabling them to maintain focus on their core business.  We have varied experiences and have been specializing in project execution and management support in the industrial construction industry for the past 6 years.

Our business was formed because we believed there was a better way to approach project execution, taking special note that exceptional service must be the driving principle behind consulting and secondment integration.  We feel our model is different.  Holding high expectations of ourselves and a commitment to deliver is central to your project’s successes.  This coupled with exceptional service allows us to build lasting and trusting relationships with our clients.  We believe the following are a few of the things set us apart.  We:

  • Ask questions to ensure we fully understanding our clients’ project’s needs before offering solutions.
  • Propose multi-talented project resources, who normally excel in cross-functional environments, fuse with existing teams, and exceed client expectations.
  • Are honest; flowing all necessary information to all stakeholders, so informed decisions can be made.
  • Offer reasonable options for improving efficiency.
  • Remain committed to delivering fair and measurable value.
  • Develop strategies to adjust to external changes.
  • Follow up, taking nothing for granted.

Working alongside your existing project team, we will bridge the gap by providing on-site coordination, oversight, and management.  We integrate quickly, develop your trust, and provide you with high quality service and attention to detail.  Our team is comprised with people of exceptional character and talent.  Most individuals are multi-disciplined, allowing them to perform well in cross-functional environments.  This may reduce your staffing requirements, providing measurable value to our services and your team.  For this reason, we do not undervalue our team members.

Mission

Our Mission is to provide clients with enhanced project execution services, allowing them to focus on their core business while we lead their operational enhancement and growth. A better direction begins by employing an efficient execution team; O’NE that treats each project like it’s their own.

In doing so, we express our values:

  • We strive to ensure everyone gets home safely every day.
  • We aspire to do things right once, not merely do the right things.
  • We reciprocate due respect, providing honest service and commitment.
Vision

Our Vision is to be our clients’ preferred contact when constructing new ventures as well as when fortifying and expanding existing operations.

Strengths

Strength can be defined as the abilities and qualities which provide a firm its advantage or makes it successful.

  • Our goal is to get our client the most earned value for the work performed.
  • We succeed when you succeed.  Honesty and integrity are our values.
  • We recruit some of the best in industry, retain them and employ them with new projects.
  • We match the right person for the job and monitor their success through client feedback.
  • Our people arrive with the necessary competence to perform well in their role.
  • We initiate appropriate training as position demands dictate.
  • We are versatile.  If something is not working, we are not afraid to change direction and hold people accountable.
  • You will hear what you need to hear about your project, the TRUTH.
Diversity & Inclusion

We believe if you’re not ahead of it, you’re already behind; and that measurable progress can start with making O’NE small change.

Looking ahead, we believe we recognize some of the challenges facing Saskatchewan due to changing demographics and realize we have an opportunity to reduce the impact these challenges bring as well as enhance our successes by making O’NE small socio-economic change.  By engaging this province’s underutilized and under contemplated resources, we will broaden the successful foundation Saskatchewan is built on, enabling an increase in the available trained workforce, and improving our position to bridge gaps across all industries.

To achieve this, we are committed to continuing to provide opportunities and support for Saskatchewan’s Aboriginal and minority peoples, groups, establishments, vendors, and subcontractors.  This commitment is further extended to women and other non-traditional individuals wanting to pursue a career in project or construction management.  Currently our program is:

  • Providing due consideration to qualified candidates from all backgrounds for all positions within our team, and we maintain a supportive work environment for all employees.  Diversity among our team, the acceptance of others, and the integration of unique individuals will bolster our successes.
  • Exploring additional opportunities to develop sustainable relationships or partnerships with Aboriginal and non-traditional vendors.
  • Promoting the development of Aboriginal and minority youth across the province by mentoring and providing guidance students interested in a career in construction or project management.
  • Furthering the development of professional project and construction management personnel by maintaining our annual scholarship at Saskatchewan Polytechnic.
  • Offering an annual contribution to our historically and culturally significant education and development partner, Wanuskewin Heritage Park.
